Principle One celebrates 19th anniversary by giving back to our global community.

2022 marks Principle One‘s 19th anniversary. This year, we decided to celebrate with great causes, by contributing to the global community where we live and work.

Principle One’s colleagues have designated their preferred charitable activity – Support Ukrainian. Kudos to our colleagues, our donation matching programme raised a total of HK$56,146 donation to Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) towards their work in Ukraine and its neighboring countries – Kyiv, Odessa, Zhytomyr, Dnipro, Kramatorsk, Lviv, Vinnytsia and Mukachevo, to help them be ready for what might come next through the donation of medical supplies, mass casualty training and helping prepare for mass influx of wounded. MSF is also assisting displaced people inside the country, many of whom are now sheltering in Lviv and other towns in western Ukraine. MSF team has also set up mobile clinics along the border with Hungary, where there are significant numbers of people gathered.

The donation will also be used to increase MSF support to the growing number of people who have fled Ukraine. Their teams have been scaling up the response in the neighboring countries namely Poland, Hungary, Moldova, Slovakia, Russia and Belarus. Their activities range from providing primary health care, psychological first aid and medical and humanitarian donations.

One again, credits to everyone who contributed in this charity campaign and makes our 19th anniversary meaningful.
